Given Goa’s humid climate, which poses challenges such as moisture accumulation leading to mold growth and potential wood deterioration, our team implemented specialized techniques and materials to ensure durability and aesthetic excellence:

Wooden Polishing: We utilized marine-grade polishes designed for coastal regions to protect wooden surfaces from moisture and humidity buildup, thereby preventing weakening and extending the lifespan of the wood.

Painting: Recognizing that high humidity can affect paint application, drying time, and the final finish, we selected appropriate paint types and applied them under controlled conditions to achieve a professional-looking result.
