Pooja Arts had the privilege of contributing to the Taj Exotica Resort & Spa on Havelock Island in the Andaman and Nicobar Islands. This luxury resort is nestled amidst 46 acres of lush forest and mangroves, adjacent to the renowned Radhanagar Beach, often celebrated as one of Asia’s finest beaches.

The Taj Exotica Resort & Spa is distinguished by its sustainable design. It features villas elevated on stilts and constructed using plantation timber, ensuring minimal environmental impact and preserving the island’s delicate ecosystem.

Our team at Pooja Arts was entrusted with the meticulous task of polishing and applying polyurethane (PU) paint to the resort’s extensive wooden structures.

Sustainable Design: The resort’s architecture is inspired by the indigenous Jarawa huts, emphasizing harmony with the natural surroundings.

Our finishing work enhanced the aesthetic appeal of these structures while maintaining their ecological integrity.

Guest Villas: Each villa, crafted entirely from timber, required precise polishing and PU paint application to protect against the island’s humid climate, ensuring durability and a luxurious finish.

Public Spaces: We also attended to the resort’s communal areas, including the lobby, restaurants, and spa, ensuring a consistent and high-quality wooden finish throughout the property.
